About the company: 
Stoketalent is a fast-growing startup looking to change how companies are working with freelancers and independent contractors.
We’re looking for a Sourcing Specialist who can help us find the top talents out there, across all professions, through social media, community forums, online job boards and obviously - freelancer marketplaces.
This position can be a freelance role- part-time or full-time.
Please note your goal will not be to submit CVs, but to find experts online and engage with them.
Responsibilities:
Find top talents (freelancers) for a variety of positions in tech companies worldwide.
Map souring opportunities for top talents per profession.
Development of business use cases.
 Qualifications:
Previous experience sourcing through LinkedIn or online job boards - Must
Social media savvy
Previous experience in freelance network sourcing, such as Upwork - Advantage
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Scope:
Full-time position (part-time is also an option) as either a freelancer or an employee.
