Talent Sourcer
We are looking for a highly motivated, data-driven Talent Sourcer with excellent research skills to find the best talents and help with our scale and growth. As Talent Sourcer at Mesh you'll be developing and executing strategies to source talent through creative channels and tools, and building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. If you love working in a fast-paced environment and would like to make a significant impact in an early-stage start-up - this role is for you!
What Will You Do?
- Engage with the executive team and hiring managers to deeply understand position requirements, the function, and how it fits into the organization.
- Find and engage passive candidates that meet business needs by using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Boolean Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, etc., and by targeting networking through alumni groups, meet-ups, and conferences in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Track and analyze data on sourcing and conversion efforts to understand the efficacy of sourcing strategies and drive improvements as needed.
- Build and maintain a community of potential future candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct phone interviews with potential candidates to determine fit for the position.
- Manage Job Posts and publications in various sources and work to find new resources for engaging with potential candidates.
What Should You Have?
- 1-2 years of experience with digital information research and or a degree in Information Science.
- High-level research skills and proficiency in searching for and retrieving information from the internet and online databases.
- Ability to understand and learn advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, Facebook, and more.
- High level of English and Hebrew - written and verbal - a Must
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving and changing environment.
- Ability to manage time and juggle multiple priorities to execute high-quality deliverables.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills, embrace data and metrics.
- Friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive and a can-do approach.
