ExLibris is seeking for a Support Analyst, which will be required to analyze and resolve complex software related issues. The analyst will work in Cloud environments
The position will require direct communication with the customers around the world and cooperation with other support teams and will work closely with the Development and Product groups.
Responsibilities include:
- Investigating and troubleshooting complex support application issues
- Close working with the R&D department
- Communicating with customers
Relevant education:
BA/B.Sc. in a relevant field
Library or Information Science degree - Advantage
Required professional experience:
- Experience in library work
- English at a very high level, written and spoken
Important skills
- Ability to work in a team and good rapport with others
- High analytical abilities and an integrated perspective
- Customer orientation
- Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical language with customers and co-workers
- Self-motivation and ability to maneuver in a multitasking environment
- Independence, initiative and ability to learn and follow through on tasks
- Ability to work under pressure
Required languages:
English at a very high level is a must.
