Description:
The Researcher provides strategic level informational and consultative support to decision makers regarding planned future products and initiatives. The Researcher needs to be able to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business initiatives encompassing the customer views, the company mission and products, the legal liabilities and the competitive landscape, adding up to a strategic-level awareness necessary for providing focused & clear guidance to brand activities.
The Researcher should be familiar with a diverse range of research and analysis methodologies, have the ability to match them to projects appropriately and manage their execution and delivery, utilizing in-house and external resources. Time management, team work and the ability to work under multi tasks and deliver tasks on time
Requirements
- Experience in market research and analytics
- Experience with preparation of RFP’s for research projects – an advantage
- Excellent research and summary reporting capabilities
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent writing skills
- Business awareness
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- An academic degree is a must. Academic degree in a scientific filed – an advantage
- Mother-tongue command of the English language in writing
- Amiable, service-oriented nature - a team player
- Prior experience in areas of research, statistical data analysis, market research and interview
- techniques - an advantage
