A Librarian Position at the Weizmann Institute of Science Library

The position includes:

• Working with a CRIS system (Current Research Information System)
• Handling APCs (Article Processing Charge)
• Open Access publications
• Cataloging in English
• Working in Alma

Requirements:

• Certificate / Bachelor's degree or higher in the library and information sciences – Advantage
• Familiarity with basic library processes, such as catalog, use of authorities, etc. – Advantage
• Full control of office software applications
• Fluent in English and Hebrew  
• A high level of service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to learn and keep up to date with Library trends
• Knowledge of: Alma, OCLC WorldCat, MarcEdit
