General description:
A successful, fast growing Internet company located in Ramat Gan is looking for a Help Desk specialist. Responsible for providing technical assistance and support to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries either in person or over the phone and implements solution.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage Windows Desktops and Smart Phones.
- Respond to tickets for customers seeking help
- Provide technical assistant to users and walk them through problem-solving process
- Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
- Install computer peripherals for users
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year experience with MS Windows based systems
- Knowledge in troubleshooting Ms-Office suite.
- Basic Knowledge in TCP/IP.
- Familiarity in Active Directory 2008/2012
- Familiarity with new technologies
- Basic knowledge with smartphone (Android and iPhones)
- English at a highly proficient or mother-tongue level
